Chapper has everything to make it happen in top sport and breeding. His sire, Chap II, was an eight-year-old finalist in Neustadt Dosse in Germany in 2018 and a year later jumped already at 1m60 level (4*). Since 2020, Rolf-Göran Bengtsson has been writing a sequel to the success story of Chap II. By the way, it is the same Bengtsson who performed with Chap II’s sire, Cellestial, at 1m60 level in international Grands Prix.

Chapper also carries coveted performance blood through his dam, Pippilotta. She is by Asti Spumante, an Argentinus son with whom Thomas Mühlbauer caused a furore in the international five-star circuit, including a bronze medal and individual 5th place at the European Championship in Windsor and the victory in the 4* GP of Munich, as well as in Nations’ Cups (for instance in Dublin, Barcelona and Lummen).

The BWP approved Chapper has already a nice career in the sport. As a four-year-old he became ex aequo winner of the Pavo stallion competition. He repeated this brilliant performance in the same competition last year. Also this year he has not missed his debut in the competition. In partnership with Pieter Kenis, he beat all his competitors in the first heat for the six-year-olds. Chapper is a beautiful stallion, gifted with exceptional showjumping qualities, a good mentality and an innovative pedigree. His foals show mentality and promise the best for the future.
