If you are looking for a stunning, promising young showjumping stallion with a super pedigree, then you should definitely use this Pessoa VD Bisschop. His sire, Galisco van Paemel, successfully jumped at international 1m50 to 1m60 level and has already produced several international top showjumpers from a limited offspring, such as Kato van de Nachtegaele (1m50 level, Elsa Johansson), Kashmiry (Leonie Peeters) and Nelleke-M (3* and 4* level, Theresa Kamps). Querida Mia van Paemel, Galisco’s dam, is by the Olympiad stallion Feinschnitt I and, in addition to Galisco, also produced several international performers, such as Verdi van Paemel, Cassandra van Paemel and Ulysses van Paemel.

The dam line of Pessoa makes lovers of top performance blood mouth water. Pessoa’s great-granddam, Grannuschka, is by Grannus, a stallion who invariably adds value to the dam’s line. In fact, it is precisely this Grannuschka who is the dam of Couleur Rubin and Conterno Grande. In partnership with Ludger Beerbaum, Couleur Rubin became winner of the Nations Cup in La Baule (5*), 2nd in the GP of Hamburg (4*), 2nd in the World Cup class in Paris (5*), and so on. Conterno Grande also performed at the very highest level. Pessoa VD Bisschop could easily follow in their hoofprints. As a four-year-old Pessoa became ex aequo winner of the Pavo stallion competition. This year, under the saddle of Dries Goossens, he already realized several clear rounds during international showjumping classes for young horses.
