Sportsman 111 ST’s sire is none other than the 5* GP stallion El Barone 111 Z. El Barone 111 (°2012), was already very promising at a young age. As a six- and seven-year-old he became vice champion of the stallion competition. Since 2021 we can watch the performances of this son of BWP ambassador Emerald van ‘t Ruytershof in the international five-star circuit, under the saddle of Malin Baryard-Johnsson. Last year they became 4th in a 1m55 class in Valkenswaard (5*), 5th in a 1m50 class in Samorin (5*) and 8th in a 1m45 class in Brussels (5*).
