In 2005 his sire Salvador V ranked 8th in the final of the six-year-old showjumping horses during the “Grande semaine” in Fontainebleau. Since 2008 Salvador V has been ridden by Johannes Ehning at the highest international level. He claimed for instance the victory in the Grand Prix of Kiel, ranked third in the Grand Prix of Münster and realized a clear first round in the World Cup competition in Leipzig.
Nikita, grandmother of Deauville, is the foundation dam of top showjumping horses, performing at the highest level, such as Quina (top breeding mare), Toulon, Vancouver d'Auvray and Rouen.
