Che Guevara is
a son of the famous Carthago Z. Carthago was
successful with Jos Lansink at the Olympic games of
Atlanta and Sydney, as well as the European
championships in Hickstead in 1999. Hij also
finished 2nd at the Grand Prix n Aachen and he won
the Ntaions Cup in La Baule. But Carthago is even
more famous as sire. Che Guevara is the first foal
of the young breeding mare Betina van Paemel. Betina
is a daughter of the BWP ambassador Darco. Darco is
the best sire in the world following the WBFSH
ranking in 2007. Betina has the same mother as the
elite stallion Cicero van
Paemel, who is jumping successfully at Grand
Prix level with Dirk Demeersman.. He won the 6-bars
competition in Dublin and the nations cup in Linz. Betina
's full brother Umberto is competing at 1m45 level
in Italië and won for one the derby of Italy in Vinovo. The sister of Che Guevara's grandmother,
Quechua, is the mother of Uncle Sam (Darco) who is
jumping at world cup level with Eric Lamaze and
Ashley Fleischhacker, Versace (Darco) who won the 5
year old championship in Canada with Yann Candele,
Winona who jumps at Grand Prix level with Ignace
Philips and Barbarossa who jumps at Grand Prix level
with Aldrick Cheronnet. Granie's, sister Gromanique
competed at S level in Germany and her other sister Goldene is th emother of the approved stallion Lord
Charles as well as Goldbirke who jumped at Grand
Prix level with Otto Becker. |
